Abstract

This study explores the impact of spiritual intelligence (SI) on technostress, with a focus on the mediating role of the ethical environment. In an era where technological advancements continually reshape our work and personal lives, understanding the interplay between human intelligence, well-being, and ethics within organizations is increasingly significant. Spiritual intelligence, transcending traditional cognitive and emotional intelligences, emphasizes understanding personal meaning and values. This paper investigates how higher levels of SI enable individuals to integrate technology into their lives without undue stress, and how a robust ethical environment within organizations supports and amplifies these benefits.
