On blow-up conditions for solutions of systems of quasilinear second-order elliptic inequalities

Abstract

We study systems of the differential inequalities \ aligned & - div A1 (x, ∇ u1) F1 (x, u2) & in Rn, & - div A2 (x, ∇ u2) F2 (x, u1) & in Rn, aligned . where n 2 and Ai are Caratheodory functions such that C1 ||pi Ai (x, ), |Ai (x, )| C2 ||pi - 1, i = 1,2, with some constants C1, C2 > 0 and p1, p2 > 1 for almost all x ∈ Rn and for all ∈ Rn, n 2. For non-negative solutions of these systems we obtain exact blow-up conditions.
