Embedding clique subdivisions via crux
Abstract
For a graph G and a constant α>0, we denote by Cα(G) the minimum order of a subgraph H⊂eq G with d(H) α d(G). Liu and Montgomery conjectured that every graph G contains K(t) as a subdivision for t= \d(G), Cα(G) Cα(G)\. In the paper, we prove this conjecture.
