A new parametrization of Hubble function and Hubble tension
Abstract
We present a new Hubble parameterization method and employ observational data from Hubble, Pantheon, and Baryon Acoustic Oscillations to constrain model parameters. The proposed method is thoroughly validated against these datasets, demonstrating a robust fit to the observational data. The obtained best-fit values are H0 = 67.5+1.3-1.6 km s-1 Mpc-1, m0 = 0.27640.0094, and α = 0.330.22, consistent with the Planck 2018 results, highlighting the existence of Hubble tension.
