Two gaps in the axiomatics of quantum mechanics

Abstract

This paper identifies and fixes two gaps in the axiomatics of modern quantum mechanics. The first arises from the unjustified application of the superposition principle in modern quantum scattering theory. The second arises from the incompleteness of the Born interpretation of the wave function.
