On extensions of principal series representations
Abstract
We compute Ext1B(1,2) between two characters 1,2 of a Borel subgroup B of a split reductive group G over a finite field Fq, and make an application to the calculation of Ext1G(π1,π2) between principal series representations π1,π2 of G(Fq).
