Thick braneworld in f(Q,T) gravity
Abstract
In this work, we study a codimension-one thick brane within the framework of f(Q,T) modified symmetric teleparallel gravity, where Q is the nonmetricity scalar and T is the trace of the energy-momentum tensor. Using two specific choices of the warp factor, we construct the complete brane system, including the scalar field solution and energy density. We show how nonmetricity influences the brane profile and analyze the stability of the braneworld scenarios under small tensor perturbations.
