Arithmetic BF theory and the Cassels-Tate pairing
Abstract
We give a systematic treatment of the arithmetic BF theory, introduced by Carlson and Kim. We observe that the Cassels-Tate pairing can be naturally interpreted as an arithmetic BF functional.
