Analogue of the theta group θ
Abstract
In this paper, we introduce higher level versions of the theta group θ. In particular, we treat level 3 and 4 versions of the theta group, θ,3 and θ,4 and prove that F(τ)=η (τ-13 ) η(τ+13 ) and G(τ)=η (τ-14 ) η(τ+14 ) are modular forms on θ,3 and θ,4 respectively. Moreover we compute their multiplier systems, F and G.
