Characterizing Schur-concave commutative copulas as the closure of associative ones
Abstract
Let Ca denote the class of associative copulas, and let Ca be the closure, in the uniform metric d∞, of the convex hull of Ca . It is known that Ca ⊂eq CSC, the class of Schur-concave commutative copulas. We prove the reverse inclusion, establishing Ca = CSC.
