Neutrinoless double beta decay in a flipped trinification model with left-right symmetry
Abstract
We investigate neutrinoless double beta (0νββ) decay within an extended Standard Model framework based on the SU(3)C SU(3)L SU(3)R U(1)X gauge symmetry, commonly referred to as the filliped trinification model. Following a concise overview of the theoretical structure, we derive expressions for the effective Majorana mass and half-life associated with the dominant decay channels. A comprehensive numerical analysis is then carried out, accompanied by a discussion of the phenomenological implications.
