Abstract
In this paper, we establish two families of q-supercongruences modulo the third and fourth powers of a cyclotomic polynomial by employing Watson's 8ϕ7 transformation, the creative microscoping method introduced by Guo and Zudilin, and the Chinese remainder theorem for coprime polynomials.
