Fermion Scattering off a CP-violating Bubble Wall in the Background of a Uniform Magnetic Field

Abstract

In the scenario of the electroweak baryogenesis we consider the dynamics of fermions with a spatially varying mass in presence of a CP-violating bubble wall and a uniform magnetic field perpendicular to the wall. The relevant quantity for baryogenesis, RR L - RL R, is studied (RR L and RL R being the reflection coefficients for right-handed and left-handed chiral fermions, respectively).
