Thermal conductivity of a two-dimensional electron gas with Coulomb interaction
Abstract
We demonstrate that forward electron-electron scattering due to Coulomb interation in a two-dimensional ballistic electron gas leads to the (T T)-1 temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity, which is logarithmically suppressed compared to the usual Fermi liquid behaviour.
