Improving Measurements of the CKM Phase γ Using Charm Factory Results

Abstract

Several authors have proposed methods to measure the phase γ of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa (CKM) unitarity triangle using decays of the type B DK. We show how to remove uncertainties from these measurements and increase their sensitivity by measuring CP-conserving phases at a charm factory.
