B0d - anti-B0d Mixing and CPT tests at Belle
Abstract
We present results on the mixing parameter Delta-md and tests of the CPT symmetry in the B0d anti-B0d mixing from the time evolution of dilepton events on the Upsilon(4S) resonance. The analysis is based on a 5.9 fb-1 data sample collected by the Belle detector at the KEKB accelerator from January to July of 2001. We obtain Delta-md = 0.463 +- 0.008 (stat) +- 0.016 (syst) ps-1. No evidence for CPT violation is found. This is the first determination of Delta-md from time evolution measurements at Upsilon(4S), and the first time that an experimental limit on |mB0d - manti-B0d| / mB0d has been obtained.
