New Strategies to Extract Weak Phases from Neutral B Decays
Abstract
We discuss new, theoretically clean strategies to determine the angle γ of the unitarity triangle from Bd DKS(L), Bs Dη('), Dφ, ... decays, and point out that the Bs DKS(L) and Bd Dπ0, D0, ... modes allow very interesting determinations of the B0q--B0q mixing phases φs and φd, respectively. Their colour-allowed counterparts Bs Ds(*) K, ... and Bd D(*) π, ... also offer new methods to probe γ.
