Naturalness of EWSB in NMSSM and Higgs at 100 GeV

Abstract

Naturalness of electroweak symmetry breaking in the next-to-minimal supersymmetric model points to scenarios in which the lightest CP-even Higgs boson has SM-like ZZh coupling and mass mh ~ 100 GeV and decays partly via h -> b b but dominantly into two CP-odd Higgs bosons, h -> aa, where ma < 2mb so that a -> tau+ tau- (or light quarks and gluons) decays are dominant. These preferred scenarios correlate well with the observed excess of events at LEP for mh ~ 100 GeV.
