Scaling behaviour of exclusive reactions with the deuteron and 3He at high pT in the Gev region
Abstract
The scaling behaviour s-11 of the cross section of the reaction γ d-> pn observed at SLAC and Jlab at energies Eγ=1-4 GeV and large pT most likely displays quark degrees of freedom in the deuteron. We show that the cross sections of the dd->3Hp and pd-> 3Hen reactions measured at SATURNE follow the scaling regime s-22 at Td= 0.5 -1.2 GeV and θcm=50-60. A necessity to get new data on this and other exclusive reactions is argued.
