Surgery formula for torsions and Seiberg-Witten invariants of 3-manifolds
Abstract
We give a surgery formula for the torsions and Seiberg-Witten invariants associated with Spinc-structures on 3-manifolds. We use the technique of Reidemeister-type torsions and their refinements.
