Abstract
In this paper we compute the subgroup zeta functions of nilpotent semi-direct products of groups of the form Gn=<x1,...,xn,y1,...,yn-1|[xi,xn]=yi, 1≤ i≤ n-1, all other [,] trivial> and deduce local functional equations.
