Abstract
A parton and hadron cascade model, PACIAE, is employed to investigate the net charge transfer fluctuation within |η|=1 in Au+Au collisions at sNN=200 GeV. It is turned out that the observable of net charge transfer fluctuation, , in hadronic final state (HM) is nearly a factor of 3 to 5 larger than that in initial partonic state (QGM). However, only twenty percent of the net charge transfer fluctuation in the QGM can survive the hadronization
