Clebsch-Gordan coefficients and the binomial distribution
Abstract
A class of Clebsch-Gordan coefficients are derived from the properties of conditional probability using the binomial distribution. In particular, in the case of l=l1+l2 it is shown that [<l1/2-k1, l2/2-k2|l/2, k=k1+k2]>2 =(arrayc l1 k1array) (arraycl2 k2array)(arraycl k array)
