BMPV black hole at first order in α'
Alejandro Ruipérez
Abstract
We consider the low-energy effective action of the heterotic string and derive an analytic solution describing the first-order α' corrections to the supersymmetric and extremal BMPV black hole with three unequal charges. The solution interpolates between an asymptotically-flat region and the near-horizon geometry. We compute the corrected black hole entropy using a generalization of Wald formula available in the literature, which correctly accounts for the Lorentz Chern-Simons term. The resulting expression agrees with recent results in the literature, which are based on the evaluation of an appropriate supersymmetric index.
