Use ArcXiv as a discovery aid

By accessing or using ArcXiv, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms from an identity, email, analytics, model, or destination provider apply to that provider’s service.

ArcXiv displays descriptive arXiv metadata and links to source records, then adds search, feeds, related-paper choices, rankings, AI-assisted assessments, answers, and learning material. Imported records can be delayed or incomplete, and derived output can be wrong.

Nothing on ArcXiv is a guarantee of correctness, novelty, safety, reproducibility, authorship identity, endorsement, publication status, or fitness for a particular use. ArcXiv does not provide medical, legal, financial, engineering, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for access to your linked sign-in account, the accuracy of information you submit, and activity performed through your ArcXiv session. Do not share session or extension credentials. Notify ArcXiv if you believe access has been compromised.

Subscribe another address to email only with authorization. Confirmation and unsubscribe controls must not be bypassed. ArcXiv may pause or suppress delivery to protect recipients, handle bounces or complaints, comply with law, or maintain the service.

You may use public pages and ordinary product features for lawful research and learning.

You must not:

• misrepresent ArcXiv output as an official arXiv or author statement;
• use the service to infringe privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• bypass access controls, rate limits, confirmation steps, or technical restrictions;
• probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, or access another person’s account or private data;
• use automation in a way that degrades availability or ignores applicable source and API terms; or
• submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unnecessarily sensitive material.

You retain any rights you have in notes, questions, collection descriptions, feedback, or other material you submit. You give the ArcXiv operators a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that material as needed to provide, secure, and improve the feature you requested and to comply with law.

You must have the right to submit that material. Do not upload or paste confidential manuscripts, credentials, personal data about others, or paper content whose use is not permitted. An AI response does not grant rights in its input sources or guarantee that its output is eligible for the use you intend.

arXiv makes descriptive e-print metadata available under CC0, as described in its API terms. Individual papers, figures, code, datasets, and linked sites can carry different licenses. Follow the source record and rights-holder terms. The arXiv name and marks belong to arXiv and are used here only to identify the source service.

These terms do not grant a license to ArcXiv branding, interface assets, original policy or editorial copy, or derived product output beyond what is necessary for ordinary use of the service. See data sources and licensing.

Features, coverage, providers, limits, and URLs may change. ArcXiv may restrict or end access, remove ArcXiv-derived material, or suspend a feature when reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, source-term compliance, abuse prevention, maintenance, or product operation. Public arXiv metadata may remain available independently of an account.

There is no promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, permanently available, or compatible with every device. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ArcXiv is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the ArcXiv operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss arising from reliance on research metadata, generated output, rankings, third-party content, or service interruption. Nothing here excludes a liability or consumer right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Material changes should be reflected on this page. Continued use after a change takes effect means acceptance where allowed by law. These terms intentionally do not name a governing jurisdiction, an effective date, or a legal entity that has not been verified in the public repository; those items require operator and legal review.
