Report an issue to the right service

Include the ArcXiv URL, arXiv identifier, the exact disputed text or behavior, and a link to the primary source. Say whether the issue concerns imported metadata, an ArcXiv ranking, AI-generated material, or a broken link. This lets the report follow the corrections process.

If the official arXiv record itself is wrong, its authors or submitters must use arXiv’s process. ArcXiv can refresh or correct its own display but cannot edit the source record.

For access, correction, deletion, or account-linking questions, send the request from the address associated with the ArcXiv account when possible. State the request and the account identifier or profile URL; identity verification may be required before private data is disclosed or changed.

Digest email can be stopped immediately through the unsubscribe link in the message. Read the privacy notice for current data flows and browser choices.

Include the route, task, control or content that created a barrier, and what happened. A browser, device, operating system, and assistive-technology name can help but are optional. See the accessibility page for current goals and limits.

Describe the affected URL or feature, impact, and reproducible steps without sending live credentials or personal data. Avoid accessing other users’ information, disrupting the service, or publishing exploit details before ArcXiv has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate. This page does not promise a bounty or safe-harbor program.

Identify the work or material, the rights asserted, where it appears, your relationship to the rights holder, and a reliable way to follow up. A report about ArcXiv-derived content is separate from a copyright or license request concerning the paper hosted on arXiv.
