Abstract

We study several additional properties of parity based bit-counting complexity classes B|0| P and B|1| P. We first prove that MNS⊂eq P B|1|P= P B|0|P and since C=P= ES= MNS is already known, we establish that C=P= ES= MNS⊂eq P B|1|P= P B|0|P. We then prove that PP⊂eq P B|1|P and PP⊂eq P B|0|P, which consequently yields P PP= P B|0|P= P B|1|P. We then demonstrate that the same method can be used to prove \# P⊂eq FP B|1|P and \# P⊂eq FP B|0|P. We also show that the parity based bit-counting hierarchies contain CH.
