Measurements of the branching fractions of χcJΣ0Σ0η
BESIII Collaboration
Abstract
Using (2712.414.3)×106 ψ(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we report the first observations of the decay χcJ(J=0,1,2) Σ0Σ0η. The signal significances, after considering systematic uncertainties, are determined to be 7.2σ, 5.7σ, and 6.7σ for χ0, χc1, and χc2, respectively. The branching fractions are measured to be B(χc0Σ0Σ0η)=(9.7 1.7 0.8) × 10-5, B(χc1Σ0Σ0η)=(4.9 1.1 0.4) × 10-5, and B(χc2Σ0Σ0η)=(6.1 1.2 0.3) × 10-5, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. No significant structure in the Σ0Σ0,Σ0η,Σ0η mass distributions is observed under the current statistics.
