Abstract
We present Transient PULSE, a software package that numerically implements a previously developed source-to-detector framework for transient ultralight bosonic signals from astrophysical bursts. Predicting these signals relies on connecting the source emission spectrum to its evolution during propagation and the resulting observables at a terrestrial detector. The package discretizes a user supplied energy spectrum into momentum modes, propagates them through a specified matter density profile and constructs the time-frequency energy density distribution at Earth, accounting for dispersion and in-medium screening effects. This treatment accommodates non-Gaussian source spectra and provides inputs for detector specific analyses. A complementary analytical module estimates coupling sensitivities, arrival time delays and screening thresholds from parameterized source and detector properties.
