Fixed points via tilting

Abstract
In this article we initiate the study of perfect commutative Fp-algebras in the non-connective setting. As an application we show that given a finite Cp-space X the Fp-cochains on XCp can be recovered as a base-change of the tilt of the Tate construction on cochains on Xe.
