Abstract
We experimentally demonstrate simultaneous coherent transmission across 1-μm and C+L bands, carrying 54×125-GBaud PDM-16QAM C+L channels and 2×15-GBaud PDM-QPSK 1-μm channels over 50 km, highlighting 1 μm as a promising additional transmission window while avoiding gas-absorption constraints in C/L-band of HCFs.
