Abstract
We exhibit a classical link between higher Lax integrability and generalized symmetries in a non-Lorentzian higher semi-holomorphic Chern--Simons theory on M× CP1. The equations of motion determine a spectrally dependent flat higher connection on M whose Laurent coefficients organise an infinite hierarchy of conserved quantities. We construct a spectral family of classical (dM-2)-form symmetry line defects associated with the Lax connection, establish an action-preserving deformation law, and exhibit suitable gauge-invariant probes on which the induced transformations act nontrivially.
