Richardson dispersion and anomalous dissipation for the random velocity model with controlled sweeping
Charles Fefferman, Svitlana Mayboroda
Abstract
The present paper establishes the Richardson dispersion law, predicting the particle separation with time according to Rt2 t3, as well as anomalous dissipation for the associated tracer, for a random Hölder continuous velocity vectorfield with controlled sweeping.
