Abstract
A brief report on the first IPM School on Cosmology 1999 is given. The School on "Large Scale Structure Formation" was held for the first time in Kish University, Kish Island, Iran. The next IPM School on Cosmology will be held in 2002 on "High z-Universe" and "CMBR".
