Distribution of Traffic Penalties in Rio de Janeiro
Abstract
Brazilian drivers caught in traffic violations accumulate points in their official personal files. Here, we analyse the distribution probability of these data, for the state of Rio de Janeiro, where 4199 drivers accumulated 20 or more penalty points during one year.
