Comment:on possible time reversal symmetry breaking in normal state of ruthenate
Abstract
A spiral spin structure with a nesting vector is expected to be the ground normal state of Sr2RuO4. It might be observable with use of the ARPES method with circularly polarised photons desighned by A.Kaminsky et al. (cond-mat/0203133).
