Theoretical study of the Josephson current through a junction including ferromagnetic insulator
Abstract
The properties of Josephson junction including a ferromagnetic insulating layer are studied theoretically. The calculated current shows the anomalous dependence on the magnitude of the exchange interaction at the interface. The Josephson junction changes from 0-junction to π-junction with the increase of the magnitude of the exchange interaction.
