Abstract
Combined results on b-hadron lifetimes, b-hadron production rates, B0d - B0d and B0s -B0s oscillations, the decay width difference between the mass eigenstates of the B0s -B0s system, and the values of the CKM matrix elements | Vcb | and Vub | are obtained from published and preliminary measurements available in Summer 99 from the ALEPH, CDF, DELPHI, L3, OPAL and SLD Collaborations.
