Observation of B+ c0 K+

Abstract

We report the first observation of the decay B+ c0 K+ using 21.3 fb-1 of data collected by the Belle detector at the (4S) resonance. The preliminary result for the branching fraction is B(B+ c0K+)=(8.0+2.7-2.4 1.0 1.1)× 10-4 where the first error is statistical, the second is systematic, and the third comes from the uncertainty in the c0π+π- branching fraction.
