Towards a measurement of $\phi_3$

Abstract

Results on the decays $B^{-} \to D_{CP}K^{-}$, $\bar{B^{0}} \to D^{(*)0}\bar{K}^{(*)0}$, $B^{0} \to D^{*\mp}\pi^{\pm}$ and their charge conjugates using data collected at the $\Upsilon(4S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric $e^{+}e^{-}$ storage ring are reported. The implications for the determination of the weak phase $\phi_{3}$ are discussed.
