Observation of B0 D+ D-, B- D0 D- and B- D0 D*- decays
G. Majumder
Abstract
We report the first observation of the decay modes B0 D+ D-, B- D0 D- and B- D0 D*- based on 152 × 106 BB events collected at KEKB. The branching fractions of B0 D+ D-, B- D0 D- and B- D0 D*- are found to be (3.21 0.57 0.48) × 10-4, (5.62 0.82 0.65) × 10-4 and (4.59 0.72 0.56) × 10-4, respectively. Charge asymmetries in the B- D0 D- and B- D0 D*- channels are consistent with zero.
