Polarization Effects in B -> K1(1270) + J/ Decays

Abstract

The joint angular distribution of the decay B J/ V, where V is an axial vector or vector resonance, followed by the subsequent decay processes of the J/ and V is calculated using the covariant density method. In particular, the case where V is the axial vector meson K1(1270) which decays into K is considered as well as the case that V is the vector meson K(890) which decays into K π.
