Supersymmetric SU(3)3 unification with Anomalous U(1)A Gauge Symmetry
Nobuhiro Maekawa, Qaisar Shafi
Abstract
We consider supersymmetric unification based on the gauge symmetry SU(3)C× SU(3)L× SU(3)R supplemented by an anomalous U(1)A gauge symmetry. Realistic fermion masses and mixings are realized, including large mixings in the neutrino sector. We also consider the supersymmetric flavor problem, gauge coupling unification and proton decay. The dominant proton decay mode is expected to be p-> e+π0 and the lifetime is estimated to be 1034-1035 years.
