The Goldberger -- Treiman Relation, gA and gπ NN at T≠ 0
V. L. Eletsky, Ian I. Kogan
Abstract
The Goldberger-Treiman relation is shown to persist in the chiral limit at finite temperatures to order O(T2). The T dependence of gA turns out to be the same as for Fπ, gA(T)=gA(0)(1-T2/12F2), while gπ NN is temperature independent to this order. The baryon octet D and F couplings also behave as Fπ if only pions are massless in the pseudoscalar meson octet.
