Perspectives on Tau-Charm Factory Physics

Abstract
The Tau-Charm Factory combines the optimum conditions to perform a high-precision investigation of the τ and ντ leptons, the c quark, and light-quark, glueball and hybrid spectroscopy. An overview of the broad physics program that this facility will address is presented.
