Heavy Meson Form Factors, Couplings and Exclusive Decays in QCD

Abstract

We discuss the form factors of the heavy-to-light transitions $B \ra π$ and $D\ra π$, the $B^*B π$ and $D^*D π$ coupling constants, and the nonfactorizable amplitude of the decay $ B \ra J/ψK$ in the framework of QCD sum rules.
