Abstract
We examine the leptonic forward-backward and polarization (left-right) asymmetries in the dileptonic B -> Xs l+ l- decay when the momentum dependence of ψ and ψ'-γ conversion strength is taken into account. The results indicate only a small shift in the asymmetry distributions.
