Abstract
Using the experimental upper bound on the neutron EDM and experimental result on b→ sγ branching ratio we have calculated CP asymmetry and Γ2HDM(b→ sl+l-)/ΓSM(b→ sl+l-). It is shown that in the invariant dilepton mass q2 region (mψ'2+0.2\; GeV2)<\;q2<\;m2b the CP asymmetry is maximal and quite detectable.
