Double scaling violations

Abstract

We discuss the theoretical implications of the scaling properties of F2p at small x observed in recent HERA experiments. We show that low Q2 data display double scaling violations which are adequately described by NL ln Q2 corrections. Scaling violations due to summations of leading and subleading ln 1/x beyond NLO in ln Q2 are however disfavoured by the data.
