The inclusive B->eta' Xs decay and b-> sg* form factors

Abstract
We compute the branching ratio of inclusive B η' Xs decay based upon the QCD anomaly mechanism: b s+g* s+g+η'. To obtain a reliable B η' Xs branching ratio, we calculate the b s+g* form factors up to the next-to-leading-logarithmic(NLL) approximation. We point out that the Standard Model prediction for B η' Xs is consistent with the CLEO data, in contrast to the claims of some previous works.
